|A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained
and is required for ALL returns.
|All returns must be in original saleable condition.
|All returned merchandise must be in the original

|Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving
|Shipping charges are not refundable.
|Accessing the insides of the controller and/or

right to return to the customer any damaged merchandise and to prorate the refund credit
for damaged/missing pieces.

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Authorization Number (RA#).
Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#:
Name of product being returned
Your name & address
Daytime telephone number
Original order #
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging and all components, manuals,
cables, and accessories are included. Returns must be accompanied by the original
packaging in resaleable condition. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be
accepted, or may be prorated. For your protection, please insure the package and use a
"traceable" shipping method.
